Refund Policy for India Advocacy

At India Advocacy, our goal is to provide our customers with top-notch services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. However, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong, and in those cases, India Advocacy wants to make sure that our customers are satisfied with the outcome. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund can be claimed, as well as the process for submitting a claim and receiving a refund.

Conditions for claiming a refund:

Subject to the condition that after making the payment for the service, if India Advocacy fails to provide the service as promised within the given time due to factors within our control, the customer can claim a refund.

Subject to the condition that refunds will be disbursed only after deducting the government charges.

Subject to the condition that to claim a refund, a person has to mail the concerned support team. The concerned department will evaluate the cause to seek a refund. If the fault is on India Advocacy's part, India Advocacy will refund the amount after deducting the government charge. Otherwise, no refund will be initiated.

Subject to the submission of all relevant documents, a refund may be applicable. However, if the customer fails to provide any mandatory documents, insists on a lower-level service despite ineligibility, or there are genuine concerns with the documents or address provided for government verification, a refund will not be granted.

Subject to the condition that in the case of any factors outside of India Advocacy's control that may affect our ability to provide the promised services, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event, we will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in service delivery. However, we will make all efforts to minimize the impact of such events and keep the customer informed of the situation.

Refund process:

To claim a refund, the customer must email the concerned support team within 7 days of the service failure. In the email, please include your name, contact information, and a brief description of the problem you experienced.

The concerned department will evaluate your claim and inform you of the decision within 7 days of receiving your claim. If we need additional information to evaluate your claim, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

If your claim is approved, we will refund the amount after deducting the government charges within 14 days of the approval. The refund will be processed through the same mode of payment used during the transaction. For example, if you paid through a credit card, we will refund the amount to the same credit card.

If your claim is rejected, we will inform you of the decision and the reasons for the rejection. If you disagree with the decision, you may request a review of your claim by emailing the concerned support team.

Note:

This refund policy is applicable only to paid services. Services that are free of charge are not covered under this policy.
